It’s Moharram again and we are all in black. In tears, we participate in mourning congregations to commemorate the day you sacrificed whatever you had to save humanity.

You did whatever you could to prove that there was a reason for the creation of mankind; and definitely, you were the reason.

Humanity owes you its true sense and no one can explore the true meaning of love on earth without knowing you. You are the true paradise for all those seeking happiness and prosperity. You are the reason why we are Moslems. Not only Moslems, but also everyone on earth who has ever smelled the pleasant odor of your glory is desperate for a ray of light you shed on all the living on earth.

It’s quite a while since Israel has restarted to kill civilian people in Ghaza. They are at least humans and of course Molems.

Maybe Palestinians are not familiar with you(!) but they must have surely heard of your courage in Ashoora. They must have heard of the time you sacrificed your children, Ali-Asghar and Ali-Akbar. They must have been told of your brother, Abbas, who refused to have a sip of water when he remembered your dry lips. Yes, they must have heard of your sister, Zeinab, who courageously said that she had not seen anything in Karbala but beauty! That’s because they’re also giving away their beloved family members for the sake of Islam and it cannot be ignored. They’re resisting Israeli troops with their flesh and bones.
