You are brief like surah Kosar, but always ongoing, nourishing, and fertile.
Your event is a magnificent event, no revolution can be shorter than that. From dawn to dusk, all occurred in an unknown land with the fewest companions can be counted ever for revolutions to occur. This magnificence has transferred the globe vastness, in its ubiquity, lighter than ever!
You! The elaborate brief! You! The eternal briefness, the abundant few! What is the criterion for knowing you? Historians wonder, on a day not like any other day, forced them to say that Ashura was not an ordinary day, it was a 72-hour day. It was a day when the sun stood in the middle of the sky to be the viewer of the magnificent scene of Ashura. Indeed, the sun forgot to set viewing the height of figures stronger than mountains and lighter than the sun and it was how it viewed 72 earthly suns for 72 hours, warmer than ever to make that day different from any other day.
Hussein! Your Karbala was not a piece of land and your Ashura was not a day. Fro ever, we are wondered how the shortness of a day and the limitations of a land could contain and witness such magnificence, splendor, and beauty. Not only is “la tasha’run” in Quran said for martyrs, but also it is said for your day and land. No sense can perceive this. Your day (Ashura) and your land (Karbala) were martyred.
How the tiny child of reason can process your vast coasts?!
There are no coasts to your wonderful sea!
